Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days. Express shipping may not be available to all remote locations.

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Kiss My Ponytail hat. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Must be unworn and unwashed
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Original packaging preferred but not required

Return Process

  1. Email hello@kissmyponytail.com.au with your order number and reason
  2. We'll send you a return instructions
  3. Drop off at any Australia Post location
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem. We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify the item you'd like to exchange for
  3. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return
  4. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately with no return required (unless requested).
